Stay timings
Check In / Checkout Policy
  • Standard Check-in Time is 2 PM, Check-out Time is 12 PM. Any request in check-in checkout time will be subject to availability on additional cost if applicable.
Occupancy
Additional Person Policy
  • The rate is for number of adults selected only. Third and fourth adult/child charges are not part of this rate & are payable at the hotel directly. Charges would be minimum 1500+taxes per night depending on the hotel policy. Charges could be more as well in case to case based on actual occupancy. No extra bed will be provided to accommodate any additional guest included in the booking.
Children
Child Policy
  • Kids below 12 years may stay in the same room without any additional cost. Any meal/service will be charged on actual. Charges would be applicable for extra bed INR 1500+taxes per night. Kids above 12years will be chargeable as per additional adult charges. No extra bed will be provided to accommodate any child included in the booking.
Taxes
Tax Policy
  • Rate of GST associated with this room selection: 12% tax if room rate is below INR 7500 or 18% if room rate is above INR 7500. If you pay more tax than required, you may collect the balance amount from the hotel at check out. If you pay less tax than required, the hotel reserves the right to collect the balance amount from you at check out.
Cancellations
Cancellation / No-Show Policy
  • You may cancel your reservation for no charge before 11:59 PM local hotel time (48hrs before arrival). Please note that we will assess a fee of 01 night if you cancel after this deadline. If you have made a prepayment, we will retain all or part of your prepayment. If not, we will charge your credit card. This fee equals your room charge plus tax for all the nights of your reservation. Hotel have the rights to charge full payment of all the nights booked in case of a No show.

ID Card Policy
  • According to government regulations, a valid Photo ID has to be carried by every person above the age of 18 staying at Clarion Hotel Hyderabad Gachibowli. The identification proofs accepted are Adhaar Card, Driver’s License, Voters Card, Passport. Without valid ID the guest will not be allowed to check in.
Visitors
Visitors’ Policy
  • Visitors are not allowed in the room post 20:00hrs. Visitors Must produce a valid photo ID at the reception. Identification proofs accepted are Adhaar Card, Driver’s License, Voters Card, Passport. Without valid ID the guest will not be allowed to visit the room. Any visitor’s extension in room will be chargeable post 20:00hrs.

Damage
Damage Policy

Registered guests will be liable for any damage to hotel property, whether accidental or intentional. This liability extends to the cost of repairs or replacements. Guests are expected to use hotel facilities and equipment as intended and to take reasonable care of their rooms. Failure to do so, including through negligence or non-compliance with hotel policies, can result in charges to the guests directly.

The identification proofs accepted are Adhaar Card, Driver’s License, Voters Card, Passport. Without valid ID the guest will not be allowed to check in.
  • The primary guest checking in to the hotel must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may be chargeable by as per the hotel. The standard check-in time is 2 PM and the standard check-out time is 12 PM. You can contact the hotel directly for early check-in or late check-out.
  • The amount paid for the room does not include charges for optional services and facilities (such as room service, mini bar, snacks or telephone calls). These will be charged at the time of check-out from the Hotel.
  • Clarion Hotel Hyderabad reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a 'couple' if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in.
  • The Hotel reserves the right of admission for local residents. Accommodation can be denied to guests residing in the same city. Hotel have the rights to deny any check-in due to any aforesaid reason.
  • The hotel is not responsible for the safety of any valuables left in the guest room or inside the premises.
  • For any update, User shall pay applicable cancellation/modification charges.
  • Modified bookings will be subject to availability and revised booking policy of the Hotel.
  • The cancellation/modification charges are standard and any waiver is on the hotel's discretion.
  • Any illegal materials such as arms and ammunition, drugs etc are strictly prohibited in the hotel premises.
  • Unmarried couples are allowed.
  • Pets are not allowed.
  • Outside food is not allowed.
  • INR 150 charges apply for each keycard which is damaged or misplaced.
  • Smoking in the non-designated area will attract a penalty of INR 5000.

  • Refund will be subject to the channel which the payment is processed. Any refund will be subject to the management desecration. Refunds can take time to process, potentially spanning several billing cycles, depending on the hotel, bank, and credit card company etc.
